Peter Isajiw to Speak at PLI Conference About Ethical Consideration in Internal Investigations

New York Trial and Global Disputes partner Peter Isajiw will speak at a PLI conference titled “Storming the Gatekeepers: When Compliance Officers and In-House Lawyers Are at Risk 2021” on Sept. 2. Peter will participate in a panel discussion on “Ethical Consideration in Internal Investigations.” This program is designed for gatekeepers and the lawyers who represent them and will feature experienced in-house and outside counsel, chief compliance officers, and government officials. Speakers will discuss the responsibilities of gatekeepers and provide practical advice dealing with the government’s increased policing of gatekeepers.
