Xenia Melkova is a senior attorney in King & Spalding’s Moscow office and a member of the Corporate Practice Group. Xenia’s principal areas of practice are corporate and regulatory matters with the focus on technology, media and telecom industry, advising clients on employment issues, business structuring, information distribution and content production, as well as data protection issues.

Xenia has an extensive experience in intellectual property matters focusing on Internet regulation and new technologies, film and television industry, software and hardware development and licensing matters, and personal data protection regulation.

Xenia has been involved in a number of major projects involving international transactions and establishment of joint ventures and has advised clients in corporate and contractual matters in Russia.
