Peyton Pair is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of King & Spalding and a member of the firm’s Healthcare practice. Peyton specializes in advising healthcare providers on a full range of Medicare and Medicaid litigation, investigation, and regulatory matters.
Before becoming a lawyer, Peyton worked at a family medicine residency program where he managed recruitment, handled accreditation matters, and developed policies and procedures for the program.
Peyton graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law where he served both as an Articles Editor for the Virginia Tax Review and as an Editor for the Virginia Law & Business Review. In addition, Peyton holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Services Administration from Auburn University, where he graduated summa cum laude.
