Whitney Crayton is a Senior Associate in King & Spalding’s Corporate, Finance and Investments practice. She counsels clients in a broad spectrum of commercial real estate matters including office, retail and industrial leasing, acquisitions and dispositions of commercial real estate assets and the development, financing and management of office, retail, multi-family and mixed-use projects.
Previously, Whitney served as a law clerk to The Honorable Nelva Gonzales Ramos (U.S. District Court, Southern District of Texas).
Whitney negotiates agreements for nearly every aspect of commercial real estate development, including purchase agreements, joint venture agreements, space and ground leases, management agreements, reciprocal easements and development agreements.
