As a partner in our Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity practices, Roxanne represents energy companies and investors in a wide variety of transactional matters.

A highly experienced transactional lawyer, Roxanne represents strategic and financial investors, multinational companies and private equity firms engaged in the energy sector, including the conventional power and utilities, renewables, and midstream oil and gas industries.

Roxanne was recognized as a “Lawyer on the Rise” by Texas Lawyer in 2017, and further recognized in 2016 by Legal 500 U.S. for M&A—large deals ($1 billion+).
