Bobby Gray is a litigation associate in the New York office of King & Spalding, where he is a member of the firm’s Contracts & Business Torts and Special Matters & Investigations practices.  Bobby has experience in complex commercial litigation before state and federal courts in a variety of areas, including competition, banking, and intellectual property law.  He also has worked with clients under investigation by state and federal prosecutors, the SEC, DDTC, and CFPB, among others.

Bobby holds a B.A. in legal studies and psychology, summa cum laude, from the University of California, Berkeley, where he was elected Phi Beta Kappa and received the Legal Studies Departmental Citation.

Bobby received his J.D. from Yale Law School. While there, he served as Community Service Committee Chair for the Black Law Students Association, Public Service Chair for the Latino Law Students Association, and Co-Chair of the Yale Entertainment and Sports Law Association.

Bobby clerked for Judge Sandra L. Lynch on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.  Prior to joining King & Spalding, Bobby was a litigation associate at Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP.
