Rebecca Cole Moore is counsel in King & Spalding’s Contracts and Business Torts practice, where she specializes on employment litigation and counseling. Rebecca’s practice involves defending employers in large, systemic administrative investigations and litigation, as well as in individual discrimination/harassment lawsuits and administrative proceedings.  Rebecca also has significant experience conducting sensitive internal investigations of alleged harassment, discrimination, or other alleged employee wrongdoing.  In addition to her investigation and litigation work, Rebecca also routinely negotiates and drafts employment agreements, separation agreements, and restrictive covenants. 

Prior to first joining King & Spalding in 1996, Rebecca was an associate in the Washington, D.C. firm of Hogan & Hartson.  She also served as a law clerk to the Honorable T. S. Ellis III, United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Virginia.

In law school, Rebecca was a member of the Articles Review Board of the Virginia Law Review and was elected to membership in the Order of the Coif.
