Rachel Shepardson's practice focuses on the structuring, formation and operation of private investment funds, including buyout funds, real estate funds, credit funds, venture capital funds, hedge funds, fund of funds and other types of investment vehicles. Rachel represents clients in a wide range of matters throughout their life cycle.
In addition, Rachel advises clients on various regulatory issues under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, the Investment Company Act of 1940, the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
