Princessa Fouda is an associate in the «Special Matters & Government Investigations practice» of King & Spalding in Paris.

Princessa gained extensive expertise in internal investigations, compliance and criminal law during her experiences in renowned law firms such as Navacelle, Norton Rose Fulbright and within the compliance department of Safran Aircraft Engines.

She conducts cross boarder internal investigations, especially in the field of corruption, in some cases, along with French and foreign prosecution and regulatory authorities.

She also assists companies in the implementation of their compliance obligations in accordance with Sapin II law (prevention and detection of corruption).

She regularly supports individuals and companies involved in complex French and cross-border criminal proceedings related to offenses such as corruption, money laundering, and tax fraud.

Princessa works in both English and French and is fluent in Arabic.
