Phillip Turner represents financial institutions and other entities in a variety of corporate and commercial financing-related matters in King & Spalding's Leveraged Finance Practice.

Phillip focuses his practice on commercial and structured finance, including representing creditors and borrowers in the negotiation, documentation and management of both secured and unsecured single-bank and syndicated credit facilities. He has assisted on deals across a broad range of industries, domestically and cross-border, in areas of asset-based lending, acquisition financing, equipment leasing and private equity.
