Phillip's practice focuses on healthcare and life science transactions, including clinical integration and alignment; strategic alliances; venture financings; mergers, acquisitions, dispositions and joint ventures; and the commercialization of life sciences research.
For over 25 years, Phillip has advised clients across the healthcare and life science industries, including representation of hospital systems; management services organizations; accountable care organizations; life science companies; medical research organizations; physician research consortiums; pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device corporations; medical research universities; healthcare providers; and other healthcare and life sciences–related entities.
