He has particular experience in acting for Fortune 500 companies on investigations relating to matters as diverse as anti-bribery/corruption, cybersecurity, anti-trust, tax and fraud. 

Peter also advises clients on complex commercial disputes and international arbitrations. He has acted on some of the most contentious and complex investigations and disputes in Australia and Asia and has a detailed knowledge of the region’s regulatory environment and clients’ commercial operations and business drivers.

Peter has over 14 years’ experience practising in Australia and Singapore, including a recent secondment at an oil and gas major in Singapore where he managed disputes and investigations across Asia, Middle East, Europe and Africa.
