Paul Barron is a corporate partner based in King & Spalding's London office and a member of the Firm’s Private Equity Group. Paul acts for a wide range of private equity houses, corporates, management teams and investors on corporate transactions of all kinds in the UK and internationally.  Paul has 20 years of experience in private equity and his practice covers the full spectrum of private equity related transactions including acquisitions, disposals, bolt-ons, consortium arrangements, minority investments and management equity plans.

Paul received his undergraduate degree in Scots Law with French Legal Studies from the University of Glasgow after periods of study in Scotland and France and his post-graduate diploma in legal practice from the Glasgow Graduate School of Law.
