Patrick Yingling is a partner in the firm’s Finance practice group, resident in the Charlotte office. Patrick is active in our leveraged finance and syndicated lending practices.
Patrick’s practice focuses on representing financial institutions, lenders and borrowers on a wide range of financial transactions, including syndicated credit facilities on both a leveraged and investment-grade basis, first lien/second lien arrangements, acquisition financings, recapitalizations and cross-border facilities; with a focus on healthcare, media, telecommunications, sports and entertainment, defense and aerospace, energy and industrial growth companies.
King & Spalding brings together more than 100 finance lawyers located in offices across the United States, Europe, Asia and the Middle East to represent lenders, investors, funds and borrowers in the full range of secured and unsecured financings. Over the past three years, we closed approximately 600 finance transactions for our clients, amounting to $165 billion in aggregate financing.
