Tricia Jo is an associate in King & Spalding’s Trial & Global Disputes group.  Her practice focuses on business litigation, government investigations, and securities enforcement.  Tricia joined the firm's New York office from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's Division of Enforcement.

While at the SEC, Tricia investigated a wide range of potential violations of federal securities laws in matters involving public company disclosure fraud, market manipulation, insider trading, whistleblowers, and microcap fraud.  As counsel, Tricia frequently collaborated with other divisions of the SEC, including with in-house economists and market intelligence experts, and and conducted parallel investigations with the federal criminal authorities.  Tricia also brings experience working with foreign securities regulators on matters involving foreign issuers and nationals that reside abroad.  As an attorney in the Chair's Honors Program, Tricia received in-depth training and development from across the SEC's divisions and offices.

Prior to joining the SEC, Tricia served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable William G. Young of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
