Osama Zaid is an associate in the Corporate, Finance and Investments Group of the Law Office of Mohammed Al-Ammar, which operates in cooperation with King & Spalding LLP. Osama has experience in a wide range of corporate and transactional matters.
Prior to joining the law firm, Osama held senior in-house positions at Dar Al-Arkan, Saudi Investment Recycling Company and McKinsey & Company, in addition to experience at other law firms in Saudi Arabia. Osama’s previous experience includes real estate transactions, licensing, regulatory issues, joint ventures, private equity and privatizations. Osama received his license to practice law in Saudi Arabia in 2015.
Osama obtained his LLB in Sharia from Imam University, and his LLM in both International & Business Law from Chapman University in California.
