Nina Howell has more than 20 years of experience advising clients across the energy industry, with a particular focus on the LNG sector. She has represented clients across the LNG chain globally from the development of LNG import and export projects to LNG transportation, sales and trading. Nina also has extensive experience of upstream joint ventures, unitization, M&A and other energy related corporate transactions, across jurisdictions and continents.
Prior to serving as counsel for King and Spalding between 2010 and 2019, Nina worked at a magic circle law firm in London, which involved secondments to BP and BG International/Shell.
Nina has been recognized in Chambers UK, and Legal 500 UK where she has been named her as a “Next Generation Partner.”
