Nicolas D. Franco is a member of King & Spalding's global disputes practice where he represents a broad range of companies across all facets of commerical litigation in state and federal court. Nicolas joined King & Spalding's Los Angeles office from a clerkship with the Hon. Gonzalo P. Curiel in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California. Prior to clerking, Mr. Franco worked as an appellate public defender with the Center for Appellate Litigation, where he litigated appellate matters on behalf of indigent defendants in New York's state court system.

Mr. Franco earned his law degree from New York University School of Law and his B.A. from the University of Chicago. At NYU Law, Mr. Franco took on numerous leadership roles, including serving as the Co-Chair of the Latinx Law Students Association. Prior to law school, he advised Fortune 500 companies as a management consultant with Deloitte.
