Nicholas Nahum focuses his practice on advising clients involved in the construction, development, design and operation of construction projects, including commercial construction projects, oil and gas facilities, and renewable energy. Nicholas has experience with a broad range of construction-related agreements, including EPC, construction management, equipment supply, warranty, O&M, and ESCO agreements.

Before joining King & Spalding, Nicholas worked as an energy attorney at an international law firm in Seattle, Washington where he advised owners and developers on construction-related agreements, regulatory compliance, as well as technology law matters, including smart metering, privacy, and data security issues.
