Nell Henson is an associate in the Special Matters and Government Investigations practice in King & Spalding's Atlanta office. Her practice focuses on white-collar criminal defense and investigations, including government investigations, internal corporate investigations, and congressional investigations, as well as related litigation and compliance matters. 

Nell received her law degree from Vanderbilt University Law School where she was inducted into the Order of the Coif. During law school, she served as a managing editor for the Vanderbilt Law Review and received the John A. Cortner Championship Award and Richard Nagareda Best Oralist Award for Vanderbilt's intramural moot court competition. She also received the Richard Nagareda Prize, which recognizes extraordinary achievement in the study of litigation and dispute resolution, for her Vanderbilt Law Review note. Prior to attending law school, Nell worked as a Staff Assistant in the U. S. Senate and graduated magna cum laude from Furman University.
