Michael Vives is a Senior Associate in the Trial and Global Disputes group in the New York office. Michael defends industry-leading pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and consumer product companies in a wide range of complex litigation matters, including product liability and consumer fraud litigation, government investigations, and qui tam litigation.  Michael also has experience advising pharmaceutical and medical device clients on risk mitigation strategies related to product promotion, adverse event reporting, and government price reporting.
