Associate
Mélanie is an associate in King & Spalding’s antitrust practice. She has experience advising clients on complex antitrust matters, in particular dominance and cartel investigations. She regularly advises in antitrust matters involving digital markets, data, platforms and intellectual property rights. Mélanie also advises on multi-jurisdictional merger control filings and, having acted for companies involved in Phase II reviews both at the European Commission and the CMA, complex merger control reviews. Mélanie also serves as a Young Lawyer Representative within the International Committee of the ABA Antitrust Section.
Prior to joining King & Spalding, Mélanie worked in the competition practices of other international law firms in Brussels and at the Cartels Directorate of the European Commission’s Directorate General for Competition (DG COMP).
Mélanie holds a master from Sciences Po Paris, a master from the University of Strasbourg and a LLM from the College of Europe. She is fluent in French and English.
