Lucy Gauthier is an associate in the Atlanta office of King & Spalding and a member of the firm's Corporate, Finance and Investments practice group.

Prior to joining the firm, Lucy served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Karon O. Bowdre in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama. Lucy received her law degree from Emory University School of Law with high honors, where she was a Woodruff Fellow and was inducted into the Order of the Coif. During law school, Lucy served as an Executive Managing Editor of the Emory Law Journal and as a Dean's Teaching Fellow. Prior to law school, Lucy received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Oklahoma, summa cum laude, and was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa.
