Lindsey D. Brady is an attorney in King & Spalding’s E-Discovery practice. Her practice focuses on electronic discovery issues, particularly with respect to the representation of clients in matters of financial services, healthcare, products liability, and governmental investigations. Lindsey provides advice and counsel regarding best practices, defensible preservation strategies and early case assessment. She serves as a liaison between case teams, in-house counsel, client IT and technology providers for the duration of the document review process to implement effective and consistent collection and processing protocols to limit the scope and costs associated with document review. Lindsey also coordinates with case teams and clients to develop search terms, implement workflows and draft preservation holds, document review protocols and production specifications. Lindsey looks for opportunities to incorporate emerging technologies into the document review process to reduce costs and create efficiencies for clients.
Litigation Technology Experience
Lindsey has extensive knowledge and experience of document review and litigation support systems including Relativity and advanced analytics tools such as Brainspace, and NexLP.
