Lida Ramsey is an associate on the firm’s Intellectual Property team in the New York office. She has experience representing clients in patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret litigation across a wide range of industries, including biotechnology, semiconductors, data streaming, telecommunications, and energy. She served as second chair in defending a biotechnology startup in a trade secrets litigation that resulted in a favorable jury verdict. She has also advised clients on matters ranging from managing a global trademark portfolio to computer trespass.
