Lee Nutini is an associate in the Atlanta office of King & Spalding and a member of the firm's Government Matters and Healthcare practice. Lee specializes in the representation of healthcare companies and providers in litigation, investigations, and regulatory matters. Prior to joining King & Spalding, Lee practiced in Nashville, where he gained valuable experience in healthcare litigation and medical staff credentialing issues.

Lee has clerked for or externed with the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Alabama, and the Tennessee Supreme Court. Before law school, Lee gained bio-medical law and policy experience completing an internship with the Yale Interdisciplinary Center for Bioethics in New Haven, Connecticut. 

Lee enjoys legal writing, and his work has been published in journals such as the Tennessee Law ReviewTennessee Journal of Business LawTennessee Journal of Law & PolicyNashville Bar Journal, and the Yearbook of Legal Education, a German publication.
