Leah Aaronson is a Senior Associate in King & Spalding’s New York and Miami offices and a member of the firm’s Trial and Global Disputes practice. Leah represents public and private companies, directors, officers, and other individuals in high-stakes commercial litigation, class actions, and government investigations, including matters involving complex contract and securities disputes in federal and state courts.
Leah graduated magna cum laude and Order of the Coif from the University of Miami School of Law. While there, Leah was a member of the University of Miami Law Review and Vice President of the Student Bar Association. Leah was also a member of the Moot Court Board, where she won Best Advocate at the Duberstein National Bankruptcy and Florida Bar Gaubatz competitions.
Leah clerked for United States District Court Judge Paul C. Huck in the Southern District of Florida. Prior to joining King & Spalding, Leah was an associate at Bilzin Sumberg Baena Price & Axelrod LLP in Miami, Florida.

Representing an ad hoc committee of first lien term loan lenders in New York state court in connection with refinancing provided to Boardriders, Inc., alleging claims concerning breaches of a credit agreement.
