Lauren is an Associate in King & Spalding’s Global Human Capital & Compliance and Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation practices. Her practice focuses on counseling employers on domestic and international benefit matters, including design, implementation, and compliance of their health, retirement, and executive compensation plans.
Lauren's work allows her to assist multi-jurisdictional clients with their human capital and employee benefits compliance issues on a global basis. Specifically, she advises clients in relation to their day-to-day issues and large-scale projects concerning: plan governance; benefits administration and corrections; COVID-19 compliance; contract negotiations; and other strategic matters. The global focus of her practice areas means Lauren can tailor solutions in a way that effectively addresses the specific needs of each country that a client operates in.
