Krishna is an associate in the FDA and Life Sciences practice in Washington, D.C.  Krishna's practice focuses on the regulation of prescription and nonprescription drugs, food, cosmetics, dietary supplements, and devices.  Krishna advises clients on a broad range of regulatory, compliance, transaction, and enforcement issues involving the Food and Drug Administration, as well as other related federal and state agencies, such as the Department of Justice, Department of Agriculture, Customs and Border Protection, and Drug Enforcement Administration.  Krishna assists her FDA-regulated industry clients through all stages of the product life cycle.  Krishna has significant experience providing FDA regulatory counseling to private equity firms, funds, and industry on a wide range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, investments, and securities filings.  Krishna has also counseled clients through FDA and healthcare-related fraud and abuse investigation, mediation, litigation, and settlement proceedings.  

Krishna's clients have included pharmaceutical companies; food manufacturers and retailers; device makers; national grocery store and home goods chains; private equity firms; investment funds; restaurants; global fashion brands; healthcare systems; retail pharmacies; insurance companies; teaching hospitals; academic medical centers; medical residency programs; and healthcare providers.

Prior to joining King & Spalding, Krishna worked at the New York City and DC offices of a large international law firm. 

While in law school, Krishna was a finalist in the Van Vleck Constitutional Law moot court competition, where she argued before Judge David Hamilton of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit; Patricia McGowan Wald, former Chief Judge of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit; and Judge Darrin Gayles of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.  Krishna served as President of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association (APALSA), Vice President of Outreach for the Student Bar Association, and Notes Editor for the George Washington International Law Review.  She was also a member of the Moot Court and ADR boards.
