Government Matters Product Liability

Kelsey Desloover specializes in energy matters, including power production and government investigations and audits.  She represents independent power producers in high-stakes investigations and audits at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC).  She also advises clients on hazardous waste disposal compliance at the state and federal level.  Kelsey also works with a variety of manufacturing clients to help them create robust, sustainable EHS management systems, maintain them through compliance audits, and revise them as new regulatory developments occur.  Kelsey works with a variety of scientific and technical experts to assess and mitigate regulatory compliance risks.  She is with the firm’s Energy Regulatory practice group in Washington, D.C.
