Kathryn Wilson is an associate in King & Spalding’s corporate, finance and investment practice at the firm’s Charlotte office. She has an active practice in leveraged finance, fund finance, asset-based lending, syndicated lending, bankruptcy safe harbored financing transactions and repurchase facilities. Her fund finance practice focuses on representing lenders, lead agents and borrowers in bilateral and syndicated subscription credit facilities, including facilities with a cross-border and hybrid element. Kathryn also represents financial institutions, lenders, borrowers, lessors and lessees in transportation finance transactions, with an emphasis on aircraft, rail and equipment assets. 

Kathryn holds a B.A. in Political Science with a Minor in Social and Economic Justice from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a J.D. from American University Washington College of Law, where she graduated cum laude.
