Katie Webb is a Senior Attorney in King & Spalding’s E-Discovery practice. She has experience coordinating and managing complex electronic discovery strategies, particularly with respect to representation of clients in matters of governmental investigations and product liability. Katie advises clients on issues related to data preservation, technology vendor engagement, data culling, and document collection, review and production to help effectively limit scope and costs. She also works closely with in-house counsel, co-counsel, merits case teams and technology providers throughout the lifetime of a matter to implement streamlined and efficient protocols and procedures, including integrating and leveraging advanced analytics and technology tools to minimize review and production challenges. Katie has managed the e-discovery process in a variety of matters, including pharmaceutical, environmental, product liability, mass tort, as well as various internal and governmental investigations, including the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), the US Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York (SDNY), the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the United States Department of Justice (US DOJ), and the California Air Resource Board (CARB).
