Kartikey Mahajan is an associate in our London offices specializing in international arbitration, complex multi-jurisdictional litigation and white collar investigation. Kartikey has experience in representing clients in ad-hoc and institutional arbitrations (including under ICSID, ICC, LCIA, SIAC, HKIAC, AAA and GAFTA Rules) seated in both common law and civil jurisdictions around the world.

Kartikey has also represented and advised clients in litigation proceedings in various jurisdictions like United Kingdom, DIFC, India, Singapore, Hong-Kong, Cyprus, and Iraq. Kartikey also advises clients on white collar, fraud and corruption issues, and as well as on internal and regulatory investigations (DOJ, MAS, SFO, CBI and FINMA).

Kartikey is qualified to practice in England & Wales, the State of New York and India. He has previously worked in Singapore and India, and he continues to regularly advise clients on Asia related disputes with a focus on disputes originating out of Indian sub-continent and Singapore. His experience spans across energy, infrastructure, private equity, telecom and media industries.

Kartikey publishes and speaks regularly on international arbitration and financial regulation. He also serves on various arbitration focussed committees. He is appointed to the SIAC Users Council, the Young Singapore International Arbitration Centre Steering Committee, Executive Committee of Asia-Pacific Forum on International Arbitration and has served as the Steering Committee (Singapore) member for the CIArb Young Members Group.
