Served as lead trial counsel in the Delaware Court of Chancery of a dispute concerning the winding up of a Delaware limited liability company.

Defended a Fortune 50 company and certain of its current and former officers and directors in securities class action litigation and related shareholder derivative litigation filed in state and federal court.

Defended an Atlanta-based health care company and the former members of its board of directors in class action litigation challenging the company’s acquisition.

Represented an underwriting syndicate of major investment banks in securities class action litigation in federal court stemming from a secondary offering underwritten by the banks.

Represented a pro bono client on appeal from the denial of the client's federal habeas corpus petition. The Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit reversed, overturning the client's conviction for kidnapping, on the ground that his appellate counsel on direct appeal was constitutionally ineffective.
