Jill concentrates her practice on government investigations, internal investigations, anti-bribery and anticorruption and white collar criminal defense. Jill represents clients on a wide variety of compliance matters, including with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, and works to enhance clients’ compliance programs in response to investigations. Jill has an extensive background in government affairs, in which she represented corporations, foreign governments and nongovernmental organizations before the legislative and executive branches and in congressional investigations.

Jill also helps clients to implement policy strategies and has experience coordinating with crisis communications and media relations firms in support of these objectives.
