Jennifer Virostko defends companies in complex commercial litigation and class action disputes. As a member of King & Spalding's nationally recognized Class Action team, Jennifer's practice focuses on defending class and individual actions brought under state and federal privacy and consumer protection statutes. Jennifer also has extensive commercial litigation experience ranging from federal securities actions to contract disputes to business torts.
Jennifer has experience representing clients in the financial services, healthcare, retail and manufacturing sectors, among others.
Prior to joining King & Spalding, Jennifer litigated at a boutique Atlanta litigation firm and clerked for the Honorable Judge Orinda D. Evans of the Northern District of Georgia. Jennifer graduated magna cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law, Order of the Coif, where she served as Notes Editor on the Georgia Law Review
