Senior Associate
Jennifer Roberts, an Associate based in the firm's Chicago office, is a member of the Special Matters and Government Investigations Practice. Her practice focuses on criminal investigations and complex civil matters. She has successfully counseled both individual and corporate clients in a wide range of government investigations and criminal enforcement actions brought by the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), the Securities and Exchange Commission, the U.S House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, and various state agencies.
Jennifer has extensive experience representing government officials in high-profile investigations and civil matters. For instance, she successfully represented the former Governor of Oregon in a long-running federal grand jury investigation, which ultimately resulted in the DOJ's foregoing indictment.
While in law school, Jennifer was Editor in Chief of The Cornell Law Review.
