Jennifer Chiang is an associate in the Trial and Global Disputes practice group in King & Spalding’s Los Angeles office.  She represents clients in complex commercial and securities litigation as well as governmental regulatory and enforcement proceedings. 

Jennifer represents corporations, financial institutions, directors, officers and other individuals in complex litigation involving business disputes, securities laws and regulations, fraud, tortious conduct, breach of contract, corporate governance and the fiduciary obligations of corporate directors. She also assists clients with regulatory enforcement matters and government investigations.  Jennifer also devotes significant time to pro bono matters.

Jennifer received her law degree, cum laude, from Fordham Law School, where she was a member of the Fordham Law Review.
