Jason E. Keehfus is a Partner in the Trial and Global Disputes group in the Atlanta office. Jason is a first chair trial lawyer who has tried dozens of multi-week product liability lawsuits to verdict. In 2019, he was named Engle Defense Lawyer of the Year by Courtroom View Network for his work in obtaining complete defense verdicts in two trials.  Jason has vast experience in defending both liability and punitive damages claims in challenging jurisdictions across the country.  In addition, Jason has successfully taken hundreds of expert and party depositions, with a particular expertise in taking and defending depositions of medical and scientific witnesses across a broad range of disciplines. 

Jason also devotes a portion of his time to providing pro bono legal services.  In 2019, Jason worked with the National Veterans Legal Services Program to successfully obtain increases in disability benefits for two veterans of our United States Armed Forces.

Jason earned a J.D. degree, summa cum laude, Order of the Coif, from the Syracuse University School of Law and a B.A degree from The Ohio State University.
