Jamie McMullin has over 20 years of experience advising public and private companies on corporation transactions and securities law matters. 

Jamie has represented issuers, underwriters and private equity sponsors on all aspects of securities offerings, including high yield and investment grade debt offerings, exchange offers, initial public offerings, follow-on equity offerings and market-linked products offerings.  

Prior to joining King & Spalding, Jamie served as Assistant General Counsel at Wells Fargo & Company.  In this role, Jamie acted as senior advisor to Wells Fargo's Corporate and Investment Bank on securities offerings and strategic initiatives as well as on a wide range of investment banking matters, including risk management, transactions with affiliates, information barriers and corporate governance.  Jamie's experience within the banking industry positions him to advise issuers and underwriters on a wide range of capital markets transactions and issues.
