Jim Capra, a partner in our Professional Liability practice, specializes in complex litigation, investigations, counseling and alternative dispute resolution, with a focus on accountant's liability.

Jim has more than 35 years of experience defending clients in accountant's liability, antitrust, environmental and other commercial cases in state and federal courts around the country.

Jim has also represented clients in investigations by the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board, the Department of Justice, the New York State Attorney General’s Office and other government agencies.
