Jacob Gerber is an associate in the Special Matters and Investigations practice in King & Spalding's New York office. Jacob’s practice focuses on white collar criminal defense litigation, federal and state government investigations, and corporate internal investigations. Jacob’s experience includes investigations by the New York Attorney General and the Securities and Exchange Commission.

During law school, Jacob was an executive editor for the North Carolina Banking Institute Journal. Before graduating, Jacob worked as a law clerk in the Enforcement & Compliance Division of the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency and in the New York office of the Enforcement Division of the Securities and Exchange Commission.
