Jack Fitzpatrick is an associate in the Corporate Finance and Investments group and is resident in our New York office. Jack specializes in leveraged finance transactions, specifically private credit and special situations investing. He represents private credit funds, special situation and opportunistic funds, business development companies (BDCs), hedge funds and other investment advisors, leading financial institutions and borrowers in LBOs, leveraged finance, unitranche, first lien/second lien, mezzanine, Debtor-in-Possession financings, Rescues, Exits, liability management transactions and other secured and unsecured lending transactions.

Represented a private credit fund in connection with $975 million senior secured unitranche revolving and term loan credit facilities, the proceeds of which were used to finance the acquisition of a top-level TLD registry operator and provider
Represented a private credit fund in connection with $935 million CAD senior secured unitranche revolving and term loan credit facilities and a related equity co-investment, the proceeds of which were used by a leading Canadian insurance broker to refinance its existing debt and to fund acquisitions
