Garry Pegg focuses on a range of corporate and commercial transactions, particularly in the energy sector. As Managing Partner of our London office and a partner in our Corporate/Projects practice, Garry represents clients in project-related transactions worldwide.

Garry represents oil, gas and power industry clients in corporate and commercial transactions, Project Finance, joint ventures, mergers, share and asset acquisitions and disposals. He also advises governments, public and private sector companies on a full range of international corporate and commercial matters.

An English law practitioner, Garry has significant regional as well as global experience. Before joining our firm, he worked as in-house counsel and in private practice at two leading firms, most recently serving as a founding partner and joint head of energy and projects.

Beyond the U.K. and western Europe, Garry has acted on behalf of sponsors and other clients throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa in major project finance transactions as well as general corporate and commercial transactions, joint ventures and regulatory matters.

Garry has received regular recognition from Chambers Global, Chambers Europe and Chambers UK for his work in the energy and natural resources sector since 2006 and from The Legal 500 for projects and natural resources since 2008.. He has also been ranked in the 2016 edition of IFLR 1000 for U.K. energy and infrastructure, project development, project finance and M&A.
