As a member of the firm's Appellate, Constitutional and Administrative Law team, Gabriel Krimm counsels and advocates on behalf of clients in high-stakes litigation and administrative proceedings involving complex legal issues.  Gabriel regularly briefs major motions and appeals across a broad range of subject matter in both state and federal court.  His experience touches on federal and state constitutional law; federal jurisdiction and civil procedure; federal administrative procedure; consumer class actions; and myriad other issues arising under the Medicare and Medicaid programs; the 340B Drug Pricing program; the Federal Food, Drug, & Cosmetic Act; the Orphan Drug Act; the Tobacco Control Act; the False Claims Act; the Freedom of Information Act; and federal elections law.

Before joining the firm, Gabriel served as a law clerk to the Honorable Timothy M. Tymkovich, Chief Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.  He received his J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School, where he served as a Supervising Editor on the Harvard Law Review.  

Prior to graduating law school, Gabriel completed several congressional internships including temporary positions with the U.S. Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations, the House Committee on the Budget under the chairmanship of Paul Ryan, and in the personal office of then-Speaker of the House John A. Boehner.
