People

Erin is an associate in King & Spalding's New York office and a member the International Arbitration practice. Her practice focuses on commercial and investment treaty arbitrations, as well as arbitration-related proceedings in U.S. federal courts and New York state courts. 

Erin has acted as counsel in international arbitration proceedings held under the auspices of major arbitral institutions and rules, including International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), the American Arbitration Association/International Centre for Dispute Resolution (AAA/ICDR), the Singapore International Arbitration Center (SIAC), the Cairo Regional Center for International Commercial Arbitration (CRCICA), and ad hoc cases under the Permanent Court of Arbitration and UNCITRAL Rules.  

Erin received her J.D. from Michigan Law School, where she was a Harold S. Voeglin Memorial Scholar and recipient of the William W. Bishop Jr. Award for performing with distinction in the field of international law. She was Managing Articles Editor of the Michigan Journal of International Law, diversity fellow in the Michigan Access Program, and selected as part of the University of Michigan Bicentennial Commission's "200 for 200". Erin participated in the Eighth Colloquium on Challenges in International Refugee Law which produced the Michigan Guidelines on Refugee Freedom of Movement.

Prior to joining King & Spalding, Erin served as a law clerk (Judicial Fellow) to the Honorable Kirill Gevorgian at the International Court of Justice.
