Eric Xie is an associate in the International Trade team at King & Spalding. Eric's practice covers trade remedies, forced labor/UFLPA compliance, and U.S. export control and sanctions.
Eric graduated cum laude from American University Washington College of Law in May 2022. There, Eric served as the Executive Editor for the Administrative Law Review for Volumes 73.3 to 74.2. Eric was also a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Honor Society and competed in the American Bar Association Arbitration Competition in both 2021 and 2022. Eric also holds a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Georgia, where he graduated cum laude in May 2017.
Prior to law school, Eric worked as a litigation paralegal at an Am Law 100 law firm in Washington, DC assisting with complex and high-stake matters.
