Emily Hutson is an associate in the Washington DC office of King & Spalding. Her practice focuses on complex civil litigation, including antitrust, trademark, and privacy law matters. She also assists clients with class action suits, government enforcement actions, strategic counseling, appellate actions, and international arbitration.
Emily received her law degree from the Washington University in St. Louis School of Law in 2017, where she received the Golden Quill Award for Best Brief in the Wiley Rutledge Moot Court Competition, and served as Primary Editor on the Global Studies Law Review. Emily is a lifelong native of Washington, DC and maintains a robust pro bono practice aimed at providing indigent DC-area residents with legal assistance in housing, family law, veterans affairs and domestic violence matters.
