Ema Vidak Gojkovic is a Senior Associate with King & Spalding, focusing on international arbitration and public international law.  Ema has worked on complex and high stakes commercial and investment arbitrations, court litigations and mediations. She holds leadership positions in international arbitration organizations, has taught university courses and speaks and publishes on international dispute resolution topics.

Ema has represented clients in disputes under ICC, LCIA, SAS-HGK (Zagreb), ECT, OIC, ICSID and UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules.

She holds leadership positions in international groups and organizations, including as a Board Member of Arbitral Women’s YAWP and a past delegate at the UNCITRAL Working Group II (Arbitration and Conciliation). She has taught university courses at Vienna Law School and Zagreb School of Management, and regularly speaks and publishes on international dispute resolution topics.

Ema is recognized by Who's Who Legal as a Future Leader – Arbitration 2019. Her article on the arbitrator appointment system was shortlisted for GAR Award 2017 – Best Innovation in International Arbitration.
