Elizabeth Swayne is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of King & Spalding and a member of the firm’s Healthcare practice. Liz specializes in advising healthcare providers on a full range of Medicare and Medicaid litigation, investigation and regulatory matters.

Her practice focuses on counseling healthcare systems, hospitals, academic medical centers and medical equipment and device suppliers on issues such as: government investigations and False Claims Act litigation; Medicare reimbursement appeals before the Provider Reimbursement Review Board; Medicare and Medicaid enrollment, audit, reimbursement and billing issues; and healthcare transactions diligence related to entity changes in ownership.

Liz was named a Super Lawyers Rising Star in Healthcare in 2018 and 2019.
